Happy New Year!
Here we go into 2020! If you’re like me, there’s always a zillion things to do and the time seems to go by without everything getting done! It’s funny how there’s always this thought in my mind of getting x, y, and z done before the new year rolls around, which leaves me a little panicky when there’s only a few days and then no days left until the New Year!! Everything that did not get done in 2019 will still be there tomorrow. So we just start with the next right thing and carry on.
What’s the craziest New Year’s Resolution you’ve set? My friend and I decided one year in high school to give up pop for the year. It was fairly easy for me to give up. The next year rolled around and we decided to have 1 can of pop as we rung in the new year, and then not have it again until the following year. A little silly for a resolution, but it was a good exercise in self control.
