March Thrifty Haul!
I love finding thrifty deals! Thrift stores, garage sales, clearance racks, that’s my jam! Here are my best finds from this past month! KC is really into the “Cars” movies & characters, and has a small collection of little cars from the movie. I found a couple at Goodwill to join his collection. Fillmore looks so groovy! Also at Goodwill, I found this nice yellow swan. Doesn’t everybody need a yellow swan? No? KC’s First Piano Lesson!
Well, we did it! I taught KC his first “official” piano lesson. There was a mixture of emotions on my end – a tiny bit of nervousness at the start! (“Will this idea fail miserably?” “I’ve never taught my own kid piano lessons before, what’s going to happen?”) But…the predominant feeling I felt while working with him was, “Wow, is my little buddy really old enough for a piano lesson?
